Situated at the intersection of Highway 16 (Yellowhead Highway) and 80th avenue, Hampton Square is the first retail project in the west end of Lloydminster. (Current population 31,377). This site currently sees over 17,000 vehicle counts a day and is located in a major retail node including two branded hotels.  Phase #1 (completed in 2015) contains 25,000 Sq. Ft. of retail with Rock Creek Grill, Co-Op Gas Station, and Brown Social House as major tenants.  The remaining vacancy is expected to be gradually leased out by the end of 2018.

The residual 3.25 acres of development land (Phase 2) is currently listed with Cushman & Wakefield and upon full build out is expected to be approximately 35,000 Sq.Ft.  Potential tenants include additional retail, medical/professional, and restaurant uses.  It is expected that Phase 2 will be a natural extension of the existing centre.  Construction of Phase 2 is anticipated to commence in 2019.
